All the People: Intro to Leading Diverse Teams
This program provides an overview of diversity in work teams and addresses two different types of diversity: social diversity, which refers to the degree to which a team includes people with characteristics that are socially valued by key stakeholders; and functional diversity, which describes how much a team includes a variety of experience, skills, perspectives, and so on. The goal of this program is to help leaders understand what diversity is in a deeper and more meaningful way. It concludes with an overview of some tools leaders can use to build and manage diversity more effectively.
