Effective communication with key stakeholders is essential to effective leadership. Who are your most important stakeholders? The word "stakeholder" describes people with some combination of interest in what you do and power to affect what you do. Stakeholders can be inside or outside of your organization, as well. Effectively communicating with stakeholders is an essential part of leadership. Beth shares her own personal experiences surrounding this important leadership function.
